These terms govern your use of allyte.com (the “site”), operated by Allyte, LLC (“Allyte”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
allyte.com is a marketing website that describes Allyte’s FinOps services and links to FinOpsHubs.com. It does not provide the FinOpsHubs.com service itself, which is a separate Allyte service governed by its own terms.
Not affiliated with Microsoft
Allyte is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. “Microsoft”, “Azure”, “Fabric”, “FinOps hubs”, and related names are trademarks or project names of Microsoft, used here only to describe what Allyte works with. The Microsoft FinOps toolkit and FinOps hubs are Microsoft open-source projects, not Allyte products.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and marks (other than the third-party marks noted above) belong to Allyte. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the site for your own informational use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt or overload the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, probe or bypass any security mechanism, use automated means to scrape it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
No professional advice
The site provides general information about Allyte’s services. It does not provide financial, accounting, procurement, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on what the site shows are your own responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.

General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and Allyte regarding your use of the site.
